CUSTOMER PROTECTION
We operate under the UK Package Travel Regulations (PTRs) 2018, which protect our customers when booking package holidays of two or more services lasting over 24 hours. These regulations guarantee refunds within 14 days if a package is cancelled, provide repatriation if an operator fails, and offer compensation for major changes to services. The PTRs apply to all package holidays we sell in the UK, irrespective of where the service takes place.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation terms apply based on the date we receive your written notice:

50% of total trip cost retained.

Only the deposit is payable online. An online transaction fee of 2% will be added at checkout.
